Manager/Assistant Manager, General Affairs

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Manager in managing the centralized administration function, providing efficient and professional support across office administration, relocation, courier and mail services, vehicle logistics, and correspondence preparation, etc.
• Establish, implement and continuously improve administration policies, workflows and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection, evaluation, contracting, ongoing service review, and performance monitoring, to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational continuity.
• Oversee corporate car fleet operations, limousine services, vehicle maintenance, and licensing.
• Propose and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the quality and reliability of administrative services.
• Understand internal customer requirements and deliver responsive, proactive, and professional administrative support in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline        
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.  Prior people management experience is an advantage.
• A solid experience in procurement, logistics, fleet management, and/or vehicle licensing is required
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors at all levels
• Self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese typing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
