Senior Brand and Content Manager (CFD)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand and content operations for a contract for difference (CFD), forex and multi-asset trading platform. Develop and execute brand communications strategies, content plans and key campaigns.
• Oversee content across the company website, blog, social media, video, public relations, investor education and marketing activities, building a professional and consistently updated content presence.
• Establish brand content standards, including brand positioning, editorial planning, review procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Manage the brand and content team, including setting objectives, assigning tasks, reviewing content, developing team members and coordinating external vendors.
• Develop localised content strategies for regional markets while maintaining consistency in the brand’s global messaging.
• Monitor the branding, content and marketing activities of international CFD and forex brokers, and provide competitor analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, search engine optimisation and design teams to support market expansion, new product launches and major brand projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a CFD broker, forex broker or multi-asset trading platform.
• Strong understanding of CFD platform business models and the trading customer lifecycle, with in-depth knowledge of forex, gold, oil, indices, stocks and commodities.
• Experience in brand and content management, with the ability to independently develop brand strategies and content plans, execute projects and review performance data. Experience operating across multiple markets is required.
• Strong team management and resource coordination skills, with the ability to set objectives, allocate tasks, maintain quality standards and coordinate projects across departments.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) to research, content production, localisation, review and data analysis, and building standardised, reusable content workflows.
• Familiarity with major overseas content and social media channels, sound judgement in financial content and an awareness of financial marketing compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an internationally recognised CFD or forex broker, or a multi-asset trading platform.
• Experience building a brand content strategy, team and overseas content presence from the ground up.
• Experience in market operations and localisation across Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East or Europe.
• Experience producing financial content, such as trading academy materials, webinars, market analysis or investor education, and familiarity with tools such as MT4, MT5 and TradingView.
• Experience in crypto or Web3 is an advantage, but does not replace the required CFD or forex platform experience.
