AI Agent, Executive Office (Board Office)

Responsibilities

• In charge of the overall planning, architecture management, requirement management, operation & maintenance and secondary development of the bank’s office automation (OA) systems.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of AIGC and AI-powered office efficiency tools.
• Optimize and reengineer office management workflows based on smart banking requirements.
• Promote cross-departmental OA and intelligent application projects.
• Handle conference management and official document drafting as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields. PMP or equivalent project management certifications and AI-related qualifications are preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT system operations and process management. Proficient in office automation (OA) system operations
• Strong communication and coordination. With the ability to drive cross-functional collaborative projects efficiently.
