Senior Officer, Business Development (Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating end-to-end business projects (system enhancements, products / platform launches, marketing campaigns) to support and drive insurance business growth
• Execute strategic initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners (Insurers, vendors, CTG affiliates) to ensure project timelines and overall business targets are met on time
• Conduct business analysis and leverage data to generate comprehensive management reports, providing insights that directly elevate sales performance
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring day-to-day business operations, accurately maintaining records and progress logs in the system, managing financial reconciliations, handling procurement, and providing general administrative support to the Department
• Support new business acquisition and perform customer service follow-up, contributing directly to the overall growth and success of the team

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or University Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry, with experience in project management and business development is preferred
• Qualification of Licensed Technical Representative of both General Business and Long-Term Business in Insurance is preferable
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and reporting
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
