Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the shop and monitor performance of the team
• Train staff to perform their duties and provide excellent customer services
• Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, product presentation and customer service
• Develop and execute strategic sales and operational plans to maximize revenue and profitability

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 5 years experience in pastry & bakery shops (with at least 2 years of supervisory experience)
• Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
