Restaurant Supervisor - Garden Lounge

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations in the Garden Lounge to ensure seamless execution of service in accordance with LQA standards.
• Assist the lounge management team in leading, motivating, and guiding colleagues during daily shifts to maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Conduct daily line-ups, shift briefings, and practical service training to reinforce luxury service protocols and operational compliance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction on the floor, engaging guests and addressing feedback promptly to deliver a memorable dining experience.
• Support inventory management, stock requisitions, and routine care of operating equipment and departmental assets.
• Assist in duty roster planning and task delegation to optimise floor coverage and operational efficiency during peak service hours.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ Food & Beverage operational experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge or familiarity with LQA service standards is highly advantageous.
• Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct asset.
