Human Resources Assistant (5-day work week)
Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong
- Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hotel industry
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, staff relations, and leave and attendance management
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong taxation, MPF regulations, and other HR-related regulations
- Possess strong analytical and coordination skills
- Able to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong commitment to work and good at taking on challenges
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the Manager
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
