Settlement Officer

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily settlement functions of equities, futures, options, and other derivatives in Hong Kong and global markets, including trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, settlement systems operation etc.
• To execute the daily settlement and corporate actions activities and ensure all instruction from clients are timely and efficiently executed
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly 
• Contribute to systems enhancement testing and provide assistance in UAT 
• Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation and management report 
• Proceed various operational projects if needed

Requirements :

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in Hong Kong and Global/Futures Markets Settlement
• Hands-on knowledge and exp. of settlement & dealing is essential
• Familiar with CCASS and DCASS System Operations
• Willing to work under pressure 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Solid background in securities industry
