Business Management Senior Specialist (Corporate Banking Middle Office)

Job Duties:

• Prepare management report to managers and data analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal loan policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and revamping of bank-wide loan products, including lombard loans, premium finance, trade finance, mortgage loans, etc.
• Provide project management and internal consultancy services on project /systems implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering in various Corporate Banking business areas.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including relationship managers, operations, legal and compliance to ensure effective project implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, control, and implement improvements.
• Enhances the automation of the Product Management workflow.
• Prepare project-related documents and presentations, including user manuals and performance reports.
• Perform daily report processing.
• Handle Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in loan product development, middle office operations, or project management within the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis or workflow automation tools is a highly regarded plus.
