As a Corporate Communications Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of communications initiatives, from media relations and product launches to sustainability campaigns, corporate storytelling, employee engagement, and event management. You'll work alongside experienced communications professionals, collaborate with different business teams, and develop valuable skills that will accelerate your career in communications and brand building.

What You'll Be Doing:

Media & External Communications

  • Support the development and execution of communications strategies that enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility.
  • Identify and explore compelling media angles and storytelling opportunities across different business lines.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to help ensure effective delivery of key corporate messages.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media materials, executive talking points, and other communication content.
  • Support media engagement activities, including media events, interviews, and relationship-building initiatives.

Internal Communications

  • Coordinate and manage the internal communications calendar to ensure timely, engaging, and consistent communication with employees.
  • Assist in creating content for internal communication channels and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help drive effective communication of key business updates and corporate initiatives.

Campaigns & Events

  • Support communications activities related to product launches, corporate campaigns, CSR and ESG initiatives, and issue management.
  • Assist in organizing events from concept development to execution, including creative brainstorming, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, and on-site support.

What We're Looking For:

Key Competencies

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Passion for communications, storytelling, and building meaningful connections with different audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn, explore new ideas, and embrace change.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Internship or prior experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, media, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with media relations, social media, content creation, or event management would be advantageous.
  • Interest in the insurance and financial services industry is preferred but not required.
