Sous Chef - Bakehouse (Airport Hot Kitchen)

Responsibilities:

• Support the efficient operation of kitchens
• Ensure all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen
• Make sure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment

Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience in western kitchen setting experience
• Experience in kitchen management is preferred
• Team player with positive attitude
• Immediate Available is an advantage
• Permanent HKID card holder
