Assistant Manager - Credit Card Operations

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and implement in credit card product development projects and initiatives, including systems enhancement, operation and workflow enhancement
• Work closely with business users and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for operations enhancements or system fixes
• Support project and product implementation by preparing user requirement, participating in UAT, and validating system outputs against business requirements
• Deliver the projects within timeframe and budget
• Prepare and maintain operation reports, workflow documentation, and analysis materials to support management review
• Develop and maintain MI reports and dashboards for management reporting, business development, market trend analysis
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal control standards throughout project execution

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Information systems or in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management with exposure to

1. Credit card operations lifecycle (acquisition, servicing, fraud management)
2. Banking systems (e.g., card management platforms, CRM tools)
3. Regulatory compliance in retail banking

• Team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese required, Mandarin advantageous)
