AVP, Relationship Management (Business Support & Credit Analysis)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the client servicing team to provide comprehensive operational support to Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality customer service, including account opening and completion of KYC/AML procedures, etc.
• Support credit risk assessment through financial statement reviews, credit analysis, and the preparation of credit proposals
• Assist in identifying and cultivating business opportunities across new and existing corporate customers
• Report and escalate compliance issues promptly for management awareness
• Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
• Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in corporate banking operations, business support, and credit analysis
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong service and sales orientation with good leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
