Manager, Product Development (securities loans product), Securities Department

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the business strategy to match business direction and achieve the stated business target and the business profitability

• Develop and enhance product drive streamline end to end process flow to meet customer needs and expectations

• Oversee the overall risk and compliance of margin securities loans product.

• Optimize scoring models and haircut methodologies for marginable securities, refine LTV frameworks, and streamline margin product workflows.

• Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, IT and other business units to optimize end-to-end risk controls, policy frameworks and etc.

• Conduct regular portfolio stress testing and scenario analysis against market shocks and liquidity crunches.

• Ensure compliance with HKMA/SFC regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related discipline;

• Minimum 8-year-experience in risk management, compliance, margin loan securities business, etc.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese ;

• A good ream player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
