AVP/VP, Wholesale Wealth Management (Online Product Development )

Job Description

• Digitization and System Construction: Drive the online and digital transformation of wholesale wealth management business, design and optimize the online processing process for products and business, and enhance customer experience; write the business requirements for the wealth management system and products, complete the application, approval, launch, acceptance, compliance review, and other functions of the system; participate in the promotion of the digital transformation of peer business, assist in the follow-up of innovation tools landing.

• Product Creation: Write and maintain the related documents of wholesale wealth management platform, products, and business operations, including platform regulations, operation manuals, risk assessment questionnaires, transaction settlement, monthly settlement, and so on. Complete the internal new product approval process and external independent assessment, meet the regulatory requirements.

• Platform Operation and Maintenance: Meet regulatory and management review requirements, regularly analyze business and system-related data, and provide data and reports needed for management decision-making, supervision, and monitoring; be responsible for platform membership management, user management, ongoing business and customer exit management, and continuous monitoring, operation and maintenance of system functions; handle and follow up platform order management-related work, as well as customer complaints related to products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, prioritizing computer science, information technology, finance, or related majors;

• 5 years of experience or above in wealth management products, system construction, operation and maintenance, or financial technology, with preference for experience in public customer systems or wealth management platform projects;

• Familiar with business processes of the financial industry (such as public customer management, investment account operations) and regulatory requirements;

• Familiar with design logic, risk and return characteristics, and compliance requirements of wealth management products (such as funds, bonds, structured products, etc.) ;

• Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT) and business process tools (such as Visio, Axure), independently conducting requirements research, analysis, and document writing;

• Proficient in designing test cases, tracking defects, and executing test execution processes, with experience in system launch validation;

• Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and continuous learning abilities, able to adapt to multi-tasking and stage-specific high-intensity work.
