About the Role

As a Dry Cleaner (洗衣房乾洗員), you will be responsible for cleaning and caring for guests’ garments and Hotel linen in accordance with Hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Laundry Manager for all washing arrangements within the Department.
• Check and perform pre-washing procedures for laundry items based on fabric type, colour, and care requirements.
• Report any defects found on laundry items and any equipment malfunctions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• 協助洗衣房經理處理部門日常洗衣運作安排
• 根據衣物布料、顏色及洗滌要求，檢查及進行洗前處理程序
• 匯報衣物損壞、品質異常及設備故障情況
• 執行上司指派的其他工作

About You

• At least a year of dry-cleaning experience, preferably in Hotels with similar capacities.
• Able to operate and handle industrial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment.
• Good knowledge of textile fabrics and garment care.
• Able to assess garment conditions and identify potential cleaning risks.
• 具一年或以上乾洗工作經驗，曾於大型酒店工作者優先考慮
• 能操作工業洗衣及乾洗設備
• 熟悉衣物布料特性及衣物護理知識
• 能檢查衣物狀況並評估洗滌風險
