Duty Manager / Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilies:

• This incumbent will be responsible for in-charge the Front Office during the shift to ensure the operations running smoothly
• Responsible for all daily front office activities
• To ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time
• Handle any emergency issues in a professional manner, reports any unusual incidents with appropriate follow up

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience with 3 years at supervisory level
• Passionate in hospitality industry
• Proficiency in PMS 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership skills
• Candidates with less relevant experience can be considered for Operations Supervisor
