Manager, Credit Risk Management (Counter-party Credit Risk)

Oversee, evaluate and control counter-party credit risk stemming from treasury and global markets activities;
Establishing and maintaining the Bank’s counter-party credit risk management framework, risk appetite and internal monitoring limits;
Draft, update and review internal policies and procedures for counter-party credit risk monitoring;
Ensuring rigorous alignment with local regulatory standards and headquarter governance policies;
System maintenance of counter-party credit limits, utilization and excess monitoring;
Prepare MIS reports to senior management and risk committees on portfolio’s counter-party credit risk level;
Formulate risk strategy to ensure counter-party credit risk being under control;
Conduct stress testing;
Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5;
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience from banking industry;
Acute sense of credit risk, and sound knowledge in regulatory requirement;
ECF achievement on credit risk is a definite advantage.
