Serve as the central hub for visitors, clients, and staff to manage and coordinate incoming calls, mail, couriers, internal correspondence, and parcels to ensure smooth daily operation of the front desk;
Assist in the general management and operations of logistics control services to handle internal orders of materials and support purchasing operations, inventory control, and supplier coordination;
Support the purchasing and tendering of production materials, including supplier comparison, contract negotiation, and order tracking (e.g., office supplies, cleaning consumables, equipment parts);
Conduct regular inventory checks, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and prevent shortages or excess, and optimize storage space;
Coordinate supplier services and internal materials requisition, delivery, and payment processes, including stationery, printing supplies, uniforms, and other related items;
Monitor outsourcing services and coordinate with the sourcing and quality control teams, including supplier relationship management, returns handling, and payment processing;
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5;
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking operations; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Proficiency in Chinese, fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for a more senior position.
