Cook B – La Table Kitchen (French Restaurant)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food items are produced in a professional manner and up to standards.
• Assisting chefs with food preparation and presentation in a professional kitchen setting.
• Cleaning and re-stocking the kitchen equipment in a hygienic manner.
• Support daily operations and work.

Requirements

• 2 years' relevant experience in kitchen operation.
• Knowledge of kitchen techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Good communication skills.
