Manager/Assistant Manager, Cross-boundary Proposition & Strategies - Cross-boundary Business Development

Responsibilities

• Drive Cross-boundary business initiatives
• Formulate Cross-boundary business development plans
• Oversee Cross-boundary business collaboration
• Consolidate updates on market trends, regulations, policies, and peer development
• Conduct data analysis and make constructive proposals to support management decisions
• Organize sharing events & facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in banking industry, preferably in business development, personal banking or wholesale banking
• Experience and understanding on banking and financial services industry, and market trends especially in GBA
• Ability to work independently with or without direction and/or supervision as well as in a collaborative teaming environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexible and adaptable in work approach
• Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-culturally diverse work environments
• Strong business acumen and presentation skill
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
