Treasury Settlement Senior Specialist

Job Duties:

• Ensure smooth operation of clearing and settlement function for all treasury products.
• Liaise with front office, clients, brokers and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues.
• Define/monitor daily/monthly settlement procedures to streamline workflow and ensure quality of service.
• Assist team head to manage the team with 4-5 subordinates to ensure all daily operations & tasks are timely performed.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness.
• Lead the implementation of various settlement system projects and carry out UAT.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirement:

• University or College.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with good product knowledge, regulatory requirements and guidelines in Treasury Products (including FX/MM, Securities, Repo, OTC derivatives etc.)
• Detail-minded, positive attitude, a good team player, able to multi-task and to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound knowledge in SWIFT, RTGS, CMU, HKTR, Creation Online System and PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
