Officer - Club Operations (5 days work)

The incumbent is responsible for handling the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of Recreation Club in Discovery Bay. He/She will ensure facilities are well-managed and members enjoy a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all club facilities are well maintained and keep a safety environment for club members
• Supervise the housekeeping team and monitoring the progress of work to ensure on-time completion
• Monitor the maintenance work progress of the electrical and mechanical system and water supply of the club
• Assist in preparing project documents such as tender documents, quotations and actions plan
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in hospitality management or related discipline
• 4 years of working experience in residential club or sports complex is preferred
• Good supervisory skill with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
