General Ledger Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and financial statement preparation in compliance with HKFRS / CAS and group policies
• Conduct tax calculation and tax filing, complete periodic financial and regulatory reporting, ensure timely and compliant submission
• Liaise with external auditors, provide audit documents and coordinate annual statutory audit
• Review expense claims and daily expenditures, control compliance and reasonableness of expenses
• Perform inter-company transaction reconciliation to ensure accurate and consistent group accounting records
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields; professional accounting qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years full-set GL accounting experience; familiar with HKFRS / CAS, and tax compliance; financial industry experience is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems; SAP experience is highly preferred
• Meticulous, self-disciplined and good communication skills
