Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition & Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding operation functions of the Bank, performs all spectrum of recruiting high caliber qualified employees for achieving the manpower planning of the Bank;
• Act as business partner for responsible functions from daily HR operations to provision of professional HR advices for alignment of business objectives with staff and management;
• Prepare material and statistical data for management reports and meetings and support in review of HR recruitment strategy and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines with at least 6 years relevant experience, preferable in banking/ financial institution;
• Strong analytical and organization skills with strategic mindset;
• Proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines;
• Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong and PRC;
• Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite especially in Excel;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
