Project Manager, Property Project Management

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage bank-wide projects in relation to building construction, renovation, and A&A works end-to-end
• Prepare final accounts, certificates, and handover materials, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, etc.
• Conduct on-site supervision, including workmanship inspection, post-project evaluations, and the rectification works follow up, if necessary, to ensure quality execution and compliance with specifications
• Follow up the design, renovation, major overhaul, relocation, and reinstatement of bank properties, branches, and offices, including the furniture procurement.
• Coordinate with government authorities, landlords, property managers, contractors, supplier, whenever applicable, to ensure compliance with legal codes and internal policies & guidelines.
• Drive cost control and ESG initiatives, and digital transformation within the team, and
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Engineering, Surveying, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines
• Chartered Building Surveyor of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor/Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property project management or property/facility management, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with exposure in managing office and branch/retail outlet renovation projects
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance and related ordinances and regulations
• A team player with good in communication
• Proficiency in MS Office Software and AutoCAD System
