Bartender 調酒師

RESPONSIBILITIES 職責

• Create cocktail recipes and make drinks for guests according to recipe unless otherwise instructed by guest.

• Knowledgeable of the a la carte menu so that proper recommendations can be given to guests. 

• Keep accurate count of the wine cellar and bar inventory.

• Proficient in all aspects of beverage service, not limited to alcoholic beverages.

• 製作雞尾酒並根據配方為客人調製飲品。

• 了解單點菜單，以便為客人提供適當的建議。

• 準確統計酒窖和酒吧的庫存。

• 精通各方面的酒水服務，不局限於酒精飲料。

QUALIFICATIONS 資歷要求

• Secondary school.

• Bartending school certificate is an advantage.

• Minimum 2-4 years of bartending experience or in hotel industry.

• Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• 中學程度。

• 擁有調酒學校證書是一個優勢。

• 至少 2-4 年的調酒經驗或酒店業經驗。

• 良好的英語、粵語和普通話的聽說讀寫能力。
