Host / Hostess - Ponentino (接待員)

At the moment, we are looking for a Host / Hostess - Ponentino to join our professional team at The Royal Garden Kowloon East.

Job Responsibilities工作職責:

• Welcome and greet guests arriving at the restaurant, providing warm, friendly, and professional service.  
  歡迎及接待到訪餐廳的客人，提供親切及專業的服務。

• Handle telephone inquiries and manage both online and walk-in reservations, while optimizing table arrangements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  處理電話、管理客人網上及即場訂座安排，同時優化餐桌安排，以提高效率和客人滿意度。

• Coordinate guest seating arrangements according to table availability and restaurant capacity.
  根據餐廳座位情況，妥善安排客人入座。

• Respond to guests' inquiries regarding the menu, restaurant facilities, and operating hours.
  回答客人有關菜單、餐廳設施及營業時間等查詢。

• Maintain effective communication with the Restaurant Manager, service team, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  與餐廳經理、侍應團隊及廚房保持良好溝通，確保服務流程順暢。

• Provide attentive and personalized hospitality services to VIP guests, regular patrons, and guests attending special events.
  為貴賓、常客及特別活動客人提供貼心接待服務。

Job Requirements工作要求:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry, hospitality industry, or customer service.  
  具有至少1年或以上餐飲業、酒店業或客戶服務經驗優先考慮。

• High school or Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
  具有高中學歷或持有餐飲管理、酒店管理或同等相關的專業證書。

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  具備良好的英語、廣東話及普通話口語溝通能力。
