About the Role

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be providing personalized service to guests and ensuring a smooth daily operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites, limousine.
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Candidates with more years of experience would be considered as Senior Guest Relations Officer.
