Restaurant Manager (Operations & Business Development)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all aspects, namely but not limited to, the planning, operation and management of the restaurant. 
2. Establish sales and service objectives for the restaurant, perform sales projection analysis and related research. 
3. Recommend new Food and Beverage concepts, develop from planning to implementation, together with the Chef de Cuisine. 

Requirements

1. At least 8 years of hotel experience and 3 years in same capacity; 
2. University or hotel school graduate; 
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; 
4. PC knowledge such as word and excel is required.
