Registered Nurse (Recovery)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients before, during and immediate after surgery, address to their needs, alleviate their concerns and obtain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Deliver comprehensive post-operative care to patients in the recovery unit.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (e.g., patient records, procedure notes) and general departmental administrative documentation;
• Participate in quality improvement activities and monitor infection control practices in the clinic;
• Execute general clinical nursing duties including patient assessment, pro-procedural preparation, and medication administration;
• Support daily departmental operations, including inventory management, equipment preparation, and workflow coordination to facilitate smooth service delivery;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department manager or clinical lead.

Job Requirements :

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder with a valid practicing certificate;
• Experience in Surgery & Endoscopy / Recovery unit is preferred;
• Detail-oriented, energetic, patient-focused and good interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrable personal commitment in providing safe and quality patient care services;
• Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
