Front Desk Officer (5 Day-Work Week)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
• Perform check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
• Provide quality service and attends to guests’ complaints &  inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to handle the operation issue

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
• Pleasant, polite personality and service-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
