Senior Officer, Sales Support

Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers in general banking services, wealth management and insurance sales service
• Assist in placing trade order with customers such as CLD, Unit Trust, Foreign Share, etc.
• Provide quality customer service, handle and follow up customer banking requests and related paperwork
• Cross-sell general banking products
• Perform other branch duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in frontline sales & service role covering branch operations and sales support
• Passes in HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations, with knowledge of wealth products and services
• Customer oriented with strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
