Job Summary
- Supports the People Operations function in delivering efficient, technology-enabled, and customer-centric HR services. Balance day-to-day HR operational support with driving digital transformation initiatives across HR through the application of automation, AI, and process improvement solutions.
- Perform HR IT Support Coordinator role and provide frontline technical support for HR systems and tools.
- Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition Experience teams in providing Onboarding Logistics
- Support and Employee Life Cycle Management to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
What You Do?
HRIS and System Supports (50%)
- Drive HR automation, digitisation, and process transformation initiatives.
- Assist to design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions via AI tools
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and optimise operational workflows through automation and intelligent process design.
- Collaborate with Group HR, IT, and Operational Excellence teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT teams on smooth operation of HR technology to support HR service delivery.
- Support HR data analytics, reporting, and insights generation to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
- Provide training and support to HR and business users on HRIS functionalities
People services (50%)
- Support the delivery of end-to-end HR operational processes, including:
- Talent Acquisition Operations
- Employee lifecycle administration
- People Services
- Learning Operations
- Review and streamline HR operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
- Prepare management information, operational reports, and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to continuously improve employee and manager experience.
- Support the development, maintenance, and documentation of HR standard operating procedures and controls.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Who You Are?
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in a shared service and HRIS environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, MRC, etc.), Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, RPA, etc
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, and mindset
- A team player with a customer-centric approach, who is proactive, adaptable, and resilient
