Manager, Cross Border Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Explore cross-border business opportunities which facilitate customer acquisition for the segment of Mainland customers; fulfill customer banking / financial needs by providing professional and exceptional customer service,
• Provide financial solutions to cross-border customers to achieve business targets on wealth management (investment & insurance),
• Identify cross-border customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review, and
• Cultivate long-term relationship with cross-border customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products and services

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years sales experience in consumer banking field,
• Experience in handling cross border business,
• Sound knowledge towards investment market and various banking products,
• Sales and customer-oriented with good communication skills,
• With strong people network in Mainland China,
• Ability to communicate with Chinese financial institution independently, and
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a must.
