Fitness Centre Receptionist

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Key Accountabilities:

• Handles requests and inquiry by providing prompt and courteous response
• Assists in membership maintenance, administration, and schedule reservation
• Offers Fitness Centre membership information, arranges appointments for tours, assists in the enrolment procedures
• Present accurate bills, handles cash payment and other mode of payment, and post correctly

General Requirements:

• 1-2 years related experience in the hotel industry                                        
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates passion for guest care
