Job Summary

As part of the NBA Store Hong Kong team, you will help customers discover the latest jerseys, footwear, accessories, and collectibles while sharing the excitement of the game. Whether you are helping a fan find their favourite player’s jersey or chatting about the latest NBA storylines, you will help create a memorable experience in store.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Service: active on-floor selling, assist fans in finding merchandise, footwear, and accessories.

The "Hobby" Expert: Assist collectors with NBA trading cards and explain card values or sets.

Content Creation : Assist in running the store’s social media accounts (Instagram and Threads) by capturing "new arrival" content or "fit-of-the-day" posts.

Logistics Support: maintain smooth daily store operation, engage participants directly during live interactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

NBA Enthusiast: Strong interest in NBA, basketball culture, and fan trends.

Digital Savvy (Full-Time): Basic knowledge of Instagram and Threads; comfortable being on camera or taking high-quality photos for social media.

Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and able to build relationships with fans and collectors.

Language: Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English or Mandarin.
