RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the daily work of all Housekeeping staff ensuring efficiency and high quality.
• Oversee all areas of Housekeeping operations to ensure excellent service and cleanliness.
• Schedule routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing excellent service in a competent and professional manner and obtain maximum productivity.
• Assist in stock control to ensure smooth operation of Housekeeping department.
• Assist in Housekeeping administration duties using computer and systems.
• Ensure the Housekeeping department complies with all brand standards in terms of guest service and cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• With 6-year of relevant work experience with at least 3-year at supervisory level, preferably in hotel industry.
• Good knowledge on Housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, supervisory skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in PC Knowledge.
