Manager, Institution & ESOP Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary liaison with CBD team and facilitate collaboration across clients, products, and projects.
2. Work with relevant teams to provide employees of corporate clients with securities account opening, share vesting, option exercise, and trading services.
3. Coordinate with product, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operation of ESOP projects.
4. Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure that client onboarding and securities services comply with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. At least three years of experience in institutional business, corporate services, securities brokerage, ESOP, equity incentives, wealth management, or fintech.
3. Good understanding of equity incentive arrangements for listed companies, including stock options, restricted shares, and employee share ownership plans.
4. Strong capabilities in B2B business development, needs analysis, solution design, and commercial negotiation.
5. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with strong written communication skills
