Floor Supervisor / Assistant Floor Superivsor (5-day work week)
Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong
- Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in hotel industry with 1-2 years in similar position
- Assuring the cleanliness and conditions of guest rooms and public area which meet standard
- Supervisor the Room Attendant on the floor sections and conducts inspection on a daily basis
- Work with Assistant Housekeeper to teach and train the Room Attendant with proper work sequences regularly in order to maintain a consistent performance
- Effective communication with other colleagues and guests
- Present a professional manner and exhibit the ability to anticipate guest's needs
- Experience in operating housekeeping equipment and basis knowledge of chemicals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and can work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Willing to work on shift
- Candidate with less experience can apply for Assistant Floor Supervisor
- Immediate available is highly preferred
