Information Technology Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain network infrastructure, server provisioning, and workstations to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving IT issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software inventory
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate support teams and monitor progress towards resolution

Requirements:

• At least three years of IT experience, preferably within a hospitality environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of hotel IT systems, including Cambridge PMS, Infrasys POS, Flex Accounting and SCM
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organisational skills and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
