Assistant Manager to Manager (AI Focus) – Information Technology Department

Responsibilities:

• Enhance data analysis and AI application capabilities for the bank
• Utilize big data and AI technologies to effectively control risks, reduce operating costs, and support management decision-making
• Communicate with business units amongst the Bank for user requirements, business need analysis, functional specific preparation
• Assist in the development, testing, launching and production support of data analysis / application and AI applications for the bank
• Prepare relevant documentation and provide training to technical supports, business users and subordinates
• Conduct market and technology research, and introduce innovative technologies and solutions based on the bank's development to drive business through technological innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related disciplines; 
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and AI applications, preferably from commercial banking or financial industry. Candidate who is familiar with data of banking business systems is highly preferred;
• Solid experience in big data and AI application development, with prior experience in model fine-tuning (SFT), prompt engineering, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) is preferred;
• Proficiency in two or more of the following: Python/Java, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Transformer, open-source large model application development, AI agent frameworks, RAG, machine learning
• Self-motivated, able to accomplish multiple tasks, with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Manager
