Product Support Manager, Wealth Product Department

Responsibilities：
-
Prepare project plan and related document for management review
-
Collect and review user requirements and conduct gap analysis
-
Review and confirm system functionality specifications
-
Review testing plan, test cases and testing results
-
Design and implement system migration plan and procedures
-
Monitor system development progress, data migration and prepare project progress report
-
Provide post-implementation support and going monitoring on system performance
Requirements:
-
4 years in system and operations support experience in banking operations
-
Degree holder or above / HKCEE passed with 5 year experience
-
Knowledge and experienced in Investment services projects
-
Good written and speaking skills in English & Chinese
