Stewarding Supervisor 管事部督導

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operation of the department
• Ensure high cleaining standards and all aspects according to the club standards
• Assist Chief Steward to manage the stewarding team
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in prestigious private club, hotel or similar establishment
• Familiar with HACCP / ISO22000 Food Safety Management System is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and able to communicate in English
