分部主廚 (西式廚房) Section Head (Western Kitchen)

職責 Job Responsibilities:

• 確保所屬廚房之運作順暢及高效
  Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the allocated section
• 負責有效管理、盤點、備貨、調配及妥善保管廚房內所有物資
  Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities used
• 培訓初級員工，確保其工作表現符合會所要求
  To train the junior staff members to standards required by the Club
• 確保食品供應完全符合會員滿意度及公司所要求之標準
  Ensure production of all food is completed to the members satisfaction and to the standards required by the company
• 致力為會員及賓客帶來卓越體驗
  ​​​Striving to delight members and guests each and every time

要求 Requirements:

• 具備至少 3 年相關工作經驗
  At least 3 years' relevant experience
• 流利粵語，略懂英語
  Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
• 工作積極主動，態度正面
  Self-motivated and positive working attitude
