旅客服務大使 Passenger Queuing Assistant

Location: Hong Kong International Airport

Time: 07:00 - 16:00 / 14:45 - 23:45 / 22:30 - 07:30 (6 days per week, shift required)

What you'll do:

• Work inside the airport restricted area

• Maintain order and ensure smooth crowd control

• Assist with queuing and passenger flow management

• Handle emergency situations

• Handle and respond to passenger enquiries

• Requires standing and walking for extended periods

Key qualifications:

• F.5 or above, with minimum 1 years of Customer Service Experience

• Fluent in Cantonese, fair English and Putonghua

• Able to read and write simple Chinese & English

• Self-motivated, Good team spirit, Ability to work independently and under pressure

** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Passenger Queuing Assistant
