Operations Manager - Qura & Lobby Lounge

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Qura bar and Lobby Lounge to ensure adherence to brand and Forbes standard
• Control outlet expenses, monitor sales, and manage monthly P&L to achieve financial targets
• Train and mentor staff with a focus on service standards, conduct regular briefings, performance appraisals and trainings to build functional and core competencies
• Build business rapport and handle guest feedback and complains professionally, and ensure guests' dining and beverage experience conforms with hotel’s standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Significant experience in luxury hotel restaurant management
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and motivational abilities to lead, train, and inspire a large team
• Strong understanding of luxury service frameworks (eg. Forbes), with a passion to deliver refined guest experiences​​​​​​​​
• Outstanding knowledge of food, beverage, wine and local market trends
