Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Food and Beverage experience to hotel guests to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure daily operations of in room dining are efficient and smooth
• Handle all in room dining order in a professional and courteous manner, including order taking and providing recommendations or information on both dishes, beverages and latest promotions
• Handle reservations and enquiries of hotel F&B outlet in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and in room dining service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Fulfill guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and special requests
• Inform in-charge/ Manager of any VIPs / special guests’ arrival with guest preferences if any
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience in hotel / restaurant will be preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Degree Holder or certificate in Hospitality Management, food and beverage or related disciplines will be an advantage
• Passionate, energetic and guest oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work on shift
• With basic Food & Beverage knowledge will be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
