What will you do?

• Greet and seat guests courteously, creating a memorable dining experience
• Assist with general restaurant preparation and ensure smooth daily operations 
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally 
• Interact with guests professionally and obtain their feedback
• Manage reservations, guest lists and communications while optimising table assignments to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, appearance and etiquette at all times

What do we seek in you? 

• At least 2 years of experience in a premium hotel or restaurant
• An excellent Command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and confidence in interacting with international guests
