Specialist, Digital Business (Online Loan Processing)

Shift duty on Weekends, Sundays and Public Holidays may be required

Job Purpose:

• Provide full spectrum of operation support to both Online Loan and Credit Card applications of Digital Business Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Promotion: Deliver quality customer service and conduct warm calls to promote personal loan
• Application Processing: Collect financial documents, check credit backgrounds, and prepare loan agreements
• Drawdown Management: Follow up on loan approvals and drawdowns to ensure smooth execution and customers satisfaction
• Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including document filing, data entry, and contribution to ad-hoc departmental projects.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking or finance industry, preferable in personal loan business
• Knowledge of Personal Loan and Credit Card
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in MS office software application and Chinese Word processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
